Hi,
I think storytelling can make or break a user’s experience. A good story is the difference between reading-on and rage-quitting, comprehension and confusion, enjoyment or frustration.
With my training in design thinking, I primarily use empathy to uncover opportunities for people to connect with products. Ultimately, I want to facilitate meaningful experiences. In practice, that may mean a delightful pop-up screen, reassuring instructions with simple, accessible language, or thoroughly researched end-to-end conversion journeys.
I thrive in collaborative, hands-on environments and am excited by new challenges. I’m driven to question my own assumptions, seek out new concepts, and boldly ask why. I relentlessly look for ways to create order and play offense — not defense.
I’m happiest when I’m making unexpected connections, building on ideas with my colleagues, improving communication, and restructuring systems for intuitive use.
